
Savour the tweed
A toast to the region, @savourthetweed kicks off from 22-26 Oct 2025.
This year we’ll be joining forces with our mates Massimo Scalas from Salumi Australia & Rob Constanza from Nomadic Kitchen, for a breezy flavour-packed menu inspired by a shared love of coastal living, fishing and sharing the provenance of food.
The 3-course seafood-led menu features the likes of house-made focaccia to hand whipped tarama, sardines with caponata, cured king salmon with bottarga, Sardinian seafood fregola & a refreshing house-made lemon sorbet.
Tickets are just $90 a head and include a three-course lunch.
There are two sessions available; 11.30am-1.30pm, and 2.30-4.30pm.
